Thank you for your dedication to create this Website. I am also a great admirer of Mr. Robert Fisk.

I have always admired the boldness and courage of Mr. Robert Fisk. He is the most intelligent and wise reporter I have ever come across. I have kept the Newspapers cuttings for most of his articles. The Independent Newspaper is not always readily available here in the U.A.E. I had searched for Mr. Fisk's own Website but could not come across one.  So the only way I could find his material was through searching on the Internet. This Website provides easy access to Mr. Fisk's articles and other material. Thank you for providing links to other Websites also. Please keep up the good work.

I wonder if you could include a copy of my letter to Mr. Tony Benn that I wrote recently. I also admire the courage and honesty of Mr. Tony Benn. He is the ex-labor Member of Parliament of Great Britain. I had watched his program on BBC (Panorama) and was greatly impressed by his reasoning. I would be very grateful if you could accommodate a copy of this letter that follows below, thank you:

Yours sincerely, Abu Sufiyan ..........  U.A.E

25th October, 2001

Dear Respected Mr. Tony Benn,

Last week I had the good fortune to come across the BBC “Questiontime” program where I had the opportunity to see and hear you. I did not think that there were any politicians left in Britain who were still sincere and truthful. May God bless you for your boldness in saying the truth. May God also bless you with an extended life.

Truth liberates, while on the other hand, deception, lies and falsehood cause hatred, injustices and wars. I hope that you did read comments that were posted on the BBC Website by viewers following the program. As you may have seen, the majority of people applauded your views. I personally believe that if politicians could be understanding and sincere as you are, there would be no wars and no suffering around the world.

It seems that politicians and governments of today have no moral principles or standards. Greed for power and wealth motivates nations to commit great atrocities against humanity. It is sad that the strong among them do get away with these injustices without being accountable to anyone. The United Nations Charter and the Geneva Conventions have no meaning to them.

I, like you, believe that the atrocities being committed by America and Britain in Afghanistan cannot be justified by any international law. The judicial procedure should have been followed through the international bodies like the U.N.O. to bring the terrorists to justice. I, like many, view this war as pure aggression that has nothing to do with “fighting terrorism” or “self defense”. I see no difference between the terrorists who attacked America and the ones attacking Afghanistan now, except that the later are terrorists in the form governments.

It is now becoming more and more clearer to all that the main objective of this war was to remove the government of the Taleban. Everyone knows that this is purely an adventure to exploit and control oil and gas resources in and around Afghanistan. Usama bin Laden and the Taleban were a great obstacle to achieving these objectives. This fact is confirmed by America’s own government official documents dating back to 1998: http://www.whatreallyhappened.com/oil.html. http://commdocs.house.gov/committees/intlrel/hfa48119.000/hfa48119_0.HTM - Therefore Usama had to be exterminated and the Taleban government also had to be destroyed and instead replaced with a dictatorship whose brutal regime would be protected and maintained by Britain and America in exchange for cheap oil.

Is it not true that this has been the American policy in several oil producing countries? Is it not true that Usama bin Laden was at one time the best friend of America but ceased to be one when he started protesting against American exploitation of Muslim resources and against American military bases which protect their brutal regimes?

It must also be noted that plans to attack Afghanistan were already made well before Sept.11th. See: http://www.11september.20m.com . The events of 11 Sept. were just good luck for them as it provided a very convenient excuse to attack Afghanistan and action had to be carried out quickly while people were still under shock. As a result, the efforts of identifying the real culprits who committed the atrocities in America and bringing them to justice through International Courts of Law, were abandoned.

Over the past several years, America has committed various crimes against humanity to maintain her economy. There are various criminal charges against America pending to be answered in the International Courts of Law. It is sad that America refuses to face these charges. Being the most powerful nation, no one has the courage to bring her to justice. Please do read these charges: http://www.deoxy.org/wc/warcrime.htm -

Please kindly take a look at the photographs in the attached files. I obtained them from www.al-jazeera.com. I was moved to tears when I saw them. These are only a few of the many horrifying images that I have been seeing on Al Jazeera Satellite TV recently. To Britain and America, this is just “collateral damage” for a “just and good cause”. I cannot believe that human beings can be so callous as to commit such horrendous crimes against the weakest, all for money and yet get away with them. I understand that Britain and America have banned such news and images to be published on their TV stations and Newspapers. Where has “freedom of speech”  “free media” and “democracy” gone? Should the public not see these atrocities that are committed in their name?

FOR MORE HORRIFYING IMAGES OF CHILDREN KILLED BY BRITISH & U.S.A. BOMBS, PLEASE VISIT: http://www.inin.net

Newspapers today (25th October, 2001) have reported that representatives of the UNO have confirmed that U.S.A. has been dropping Cluster Bombs on civilian populations in Afghanistan. They also confirmed that a hospital was bombed where over a hundred civilians were killed and a Bus carrying civilians was also bombed and several civilians died. These claims by the Taleban were denied by USA until the U.N.O. independent representatives confirmed the facts. The Taleban have also claimed that U.S.A. has been using chemical and biological weapons.

ALTHOUGH U.S.A. IS DENYING THE CLAIMS, CONSIDERING AMERICAN HISTORY OF WAR CRIMES, THIS FACT SHOULD NOT BE TAKEN LIGHTLY AT ALL. SERIOUS EFFORTS MUST BE MADE TO EXPOSE AND STOP THIS INHUMANITY.

IT MUST BE NOTED THAT AMERICA DID SAY: “WE WILL SMOKE THEM OUT OF THEIR CAVES”. HOW DO THEY PROPOSE TO DO THIS EXCEPT BY CHEMICAL WEAPONS? IT MUST ALSO BE NOTED THAT U.S.A. IS QUITE CAPABLE TO HAVE CREATED THE ANTHRAX SCARE IN ORDER TO PREPARE THE MINDS OF PEOPLE FOR JUSTIFICATION TO USE CHEMICAL WEAPONS IN AFGHANISTAN.

IT MUST BE NOTED THAT DURING THE GULF WAR IN 1991, the United States committed similar crimes in blatant violation of the UN Charter and The Geneva Conventions - http://www.deoxy.org/wc/wc-proto.htm. America did use prohibited weapons capable of mass destruction and inflicting indiscriminate death and unnecessary suffering against both military and civilian targets.

Among the known illegal weapons and illegal uses of weapons employed by the United States are the following:

·    fuel air explosives capable of widespread incineration and death;
·    napalm;
·    cluster and anti-personnel fragmentation bombs; and
·    "superbombs," 2.5 ton devices, intended for assassination of government leaders.

Fuel air explosives were used against troops-in-place, civilian areas, oil fields and fleeing civilians and soldiers on two stretches of highway between Kuwait and Iraq. Included in fuel air weapons used was the BLU-82, a 15,000-pound device capable of incinerating everything within hundreds of yards.

Decent and God fearing people of Britain and America are requested in the name of God to stop their governments committing these atrocities. They must be stopped now before it is too late.

God bless you. May He also protect me and save me from all harm by enemies of Truth; who silence those who speak out against their brutal policies and injustices.
